This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH,
Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13–15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany.
When you access the website, the hosting provider processes, in particular, your IP address, the time of access, the requested page, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, and browser and operating system information.
This serves to provide and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.
According to Alfahosting, IP addresses in server logs are anonymised after 24 hours and the logs are deleted after no more than seven days.
3. SoundCloud
The mix overview and cover images are loaded through my server. This integration does not establish a direct connection between your browser and SoundCloud.
The SoundCloud player is loaded only after you have given your explicit consent. The provider is SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Karl-Marx-Straße 101, 12043 Berlin, Germany.
Once activated, SoundCloud receives, in particular, your IP address, browser and device information, and information about your use of the player. SoundCloud may use cookies and similar technologies and may associate your activity with an existing SoundCloud account.
The integration is used to play my mixes. SoundCloud also processes data to operate, secure and analyse its services and, depending on your settings, for personalisation and advertising. Recipients may include SoundCloud affiliates and service providers.
The legal bases for activation on this website are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG.
Processing outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA, is possible. SoundCloud's privacy policy contains information on the transfer safeguards used and how to obtain a copy of them.
SoundCloud determines retention according to the purposes of processing, the existence of a user account and statutory retention obligations.
You can withdraw your permission at any time using “Disable SoundCloud”. The player will then be removed. This does not retroactively delete data already transmitted or cookies set by SoundCloud. After reloading this website, you will need to give permission again.

If you contact me by email, I process your email address and the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Technical email service providers are used for transmission and storage.
For enquiries relating to a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
The information is deleted once your enquiry has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations or retention necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims require otherwise.
Providing this information is voluntary. Without the information needed to respond, I cannot handle your enquiry.

Google Analytics is loaded only with your consent. Without consent, this integration does not transmit any data to Google Analytics.
Your choice is stored in the “zeisman_analytics_v1” cookie for 180 days. This cookie is used solely to respect your privacy preference. The legal bases are section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is to respect your choice.

6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Google Analytics and your choice

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 is used to analyse visits and use of this website statistically and to improve the site. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google LLC and other service providers used by Google may also process data.
The data processed includes page views, timestamps, usage events, cookie identifiers, browser and device information, and technical connection data. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when the connection is established. This analysis takes place only with your consent. Without consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded on this website.
Legal basis and cookies
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for storing and accessing information on your device, section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
Google Analytics uses cookies including _ga and _ga_…to associate visits with a browser. This website limits their lifetime to 180 days. Google Signals and personalised advertising signals are disabled in this implementation.
Your choice is stored separately in the cookie zeisman_analytics_v1 for 180 days. It stores only your “yes” or “no” choice, not a unique visitor identifier. This cookie is necessary to remember your privacy preference.
Processing outside the EU
Data may be processed in the USA and other countries outside the EU or EEA. Retention and withdrawal of consent
User-level and event-level data is intended to be retained for two months. Aggregated statistical reports may be kept for longer.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” on this website . Select “Reject”. Tracking on this page will then be disabled, accessible Analytics cookies will be deleted, and the page will reload without Google Analytics. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before consent was withdrawn, nor does it automatically delete data already transmitted to Google.
SoundCloud community
The community section uses publicly available SoundCloud profile names, profile pictures, profile links, plan information, and likes, reposts and comments on my mixes. These are processed on the server. Each type of interaction counts once per profile per mix. Listening history and private activity are not collected. The data is refreshed regularly; visitors receive only the completed overview. Profile pictures are cached locally, so viewing this section does not require a browser connection to SoundCloud.
Support via PayPal
The PayPal button is an external link. This website does not load PayPal scripts; you connect to PayPal only when you open the link. Contributions are recorded manually. A display name and the corresponding amount appear publicly in the thank-you list only with that person’s consent. To have your name removed, please use the contact details in the legal notice.
SoundCloud and sharing links
SoundCloud requires separate permission in the player. The sharing buttons do not load social media scripts. The relevant platform is contacted only when you open a sharing link, at which point its privacy policy applies.
